In this 5 week class series via Zoom, discover, develop, and embody your resilience through the Tamalpa Life/Art tools of mindful movement, dance, drawing, and poetic writing, in the safety of your own home. Tap into your internal wisdom, your creativity, and your ability to adapt in an ever-changing world.
